* Indian head massage*

This is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system of India,
which incorporates mind, body and spirit.
The upper back, neck, scalp and face are massaged
with gentle circular and sweeping strokes. Bliss!

* Reiki *

Reiki is about 'healing hands'. There is no massage involved -

it works by laying hands directly on the clothed body, or
just above the body's surface. This modality is pure heat energy!

* Corporate massage *

Essentially a back, shoulders, neck and arm brief massage
while seated fully clothed in a special chair.
It was designed to re-energise sedentary workers who
may be sitting at a computer or performing repetitious
tasks that inhibit flexibility.

The chair is solid and comfortable -
the client sits fully clothed with legs resting on
supportive pads and leans forward
into a padded chest support,
with arm rest and face cradle.
It's fully adjustable to suit all shapes and sizes.

The treatment involves a 15 minute therapeutic massage
including full length of back, shoulders,
arms, hands, neck and head.

I'm so pleased to be able to offer this extra modality!

It's Relay for Life time again!

What an exhilarating, fun day!

All set up ready to start

There was a constant stream of people keen to have mini treatments from the moment the table was set up! I was working non-stop and had to hand out numbered tickets so that people didn't miss out. Everyone was so grateful and went away much more relaxed, happy and grounded - as they always do after reflexology - keen to try a full treatment as soon as they could ;-)
